Millenium Steinernema carpocapsae beneficial nematodes protect your plants from damage caused by shore flies (Scatella stanalis) and a variety of other soil-dwelling insects and borers. They also destroy the larvae of many turf, ornamentals and tree pests, including flea, billbug and bluegrass weevil larva, as well as cutworm, armyworm, sod webworm, tropical sod webworms and chinch bugs.
Beneficial nematodes are microscopic worms that attack and kill targeted insects, without affecting any other organisms. Within the infected insect, the beneficial nematodes continually reproduce and then spread out for long-term control.
