Ornamental best practices

  • Make applications spring through fall when soil temperatures are above 55ºF, avoiding bud swell, bud break and new growth flushes or contact with bare roots  
  • Apply to dry foliage only and then blow, brush or irrigate to wash granules from foliage 
  • Activate herbicide barrier with rainfall or irrigation within 30 days 
  • Make sequential applications 8 to 12 weeks apart or rotate to a herbicide with another mode of action
